HONDA BAY ISLAND HOPPING
(PANDAN ISLAND, SNAKE ISLAND & PAMBATO REEF)
October 3, 2011
We woke up early the next day for our Island Hopping trip.
We took a 15min ride from our inn to the honda bay wharf. This time Kuya Jun was with us and took care of everything (boat rental, food, environmental tax, etc)

Pandan Island is our first stop for the day. with spacious and clean surroundings, it was an ideal place for us to have our brunch. We went around the place while Kuya Jun prepared our meal.

Now, snorkling time ^^
Next time we go on an island hopping trip, i'll make sure to bring a better camera. our old canon cam does not give justice to how beautiful it is in palawan. Also, make sure to go an a sunny day. We had to fast-pass our schedule for that day coz there was a forecast of thunderstorm at noon. Nevertheless, we were still able to see snake island. Most of the tourists are here so we weren't able to enjoy the place much coz its a lot more crowded here compared to Pandan Island.
By the way, we weren't able to see Pambato Reef because that area was already being pounded by non-stop rain at the time. I think all tourguides in Palawan are always updated of the weather even if they are on ongoing trips. They have small radios to keep track of the news from the mainland.
We got back to the wharf at around 5PM, we were still full from our lunch so we just had coffee and bread from our baon for dinner.
