Review:
Felina is around 5mins walk from the beach. You can reach it through the alleyway beside Dreamwave resort. Walking through the alley is not a problem in daytime but may be dangerous at night. The alley is not lighted well and there are places where thieves may hide to vicimize unsuspecting tourists. It may not be a problem though if you're always in a group.
The room that we got was basic, with a small cabinet, a double deck bed that is good for 3, aircon(old/noisy)and electric fan. Shared bathroom for our room but heard there's a private CR for other rooms(higher price). The shared bathroom is cleaned everyday so its ok. Got the room for only P1500 on peak season. The place is not noisy at night so you'd still get a good nights sleep after the partying at the beach. Staffs are trustworthy and nice. We left some of our gadgets on our room out in the open and they are still there when we came back. They also allow guests to leave their drinks on the ref and we can also eat at their dining table. I heard we can also cook our own food if we want to.
All in all, the place is good enough. There are pros & cons on staying here, it just depends on what you value more.
