SARAMSAM YLOCANO RESTAURANT, LAOAG CITY

It took as around 10-15 mins travel from Balay Da Blas to Saramsam Ylocano Resto. When we went in, the place was already full. When 1 of the waiters noticed us, he motioned for us to follow him to another room. It turns out they have another room for their guests, they probably only open the 2nd room when the main room is full.

 Nag addt'l rice na lang kami para sa mga ulam, rice is P30 per order, saktong for 1 pax lang. Their pastas are good for 2pax pero kaya ng 1 pax ubusin. I especially liked the creamy chicken pesto, ito yun pinakamasarap sa 3 pasta na in-order namin. The bagnet was crunchy and tasty. Pinakbet pizza was different from what we were used to in a pizza. Konti lang ang toppings and i think masarap lang siya if bagong luto. If iuuwi niyo pa baka di na ganun kasarap yun lasa niya. The dough was good though, gagawin lang yata nila yun pizza pagka-order mo so fresh talaga.

Our bill came up to around P1,100+. ok na rin considering marami naman kami na-order. Medyo matagal nga lang iserve yun food since ipe-prepare lang nila pagka-order mo. Anyway, its a good experience to dine here, if you like trying out ilocano food.

by the way, i think they have plans of putting up an annex of the resto directly beside balay da blas pensionne house. Di pa lang siya open pero ayos na yun entrance door and the signages. Heres the pic below.
